What is covered

Manufacturing faults under normal domestic use: frame defects and structural faults, faults in the steering, brake or folding mechanism, faulty wheels, bearings or shock absorber, defective harness, buckles or bumper bar release, seat fabric or canopy that fails through a manufacturing fault.

What is not

Normal wear and tear including tyre and fabric wear, damage from misuse, neglect, accident or impact, use beyond the stated age or weight limits, modification or unauthorised repairs, fading or corrosion from outdoor or damp storage, second-hand purchases, commercial or hire use.

How to claim

Most claims are resolved without the product going anywhere.
