Which smarTrike is right for my child?
Start with age. Under 10 months, only the Wonder max™ is suitable, because it is the only model with a seat that reclines to 140°. From 10 months all five fit, and the decision comes down to how often you will use it. Occasional and travel use points to the Wind range, daily use to the Wonder range.
What is the difference between the Wind and Wonder ranges?
Both convert through the same four modes and share the same patented 360° steering, bumper bar and 5-point harness. The Wonder range uses better seat fabrics, upgraded wheels and a sturdier frame, because it is built for daily use across two and a half years.
What is the difference between the Wonder, Wonder+ and Wonder max?
The Wonder™ and Wonder+™ both suit 10 months and up. The Wonder™ is the lightest at 5.9 kg and the entry model at $389, with a mesh seat and a 2-stage canopy. The Wonder+™ is $489 and 6.42 kg, adding a 3-stage canopy and an extra-large seat. The Wonder max™ is $579 and the only one suitable from 6 months, because its seat reclines to 140°.

Can I steer it with one hand?
Yes. The patented 360° steering system turns the front wheel from the parent handle, on the spot and in reverse, with one hand.
How do I convert between modes?
Stroller to trike: unlock the child handlebar. Trike to training: clip the pedals on and fold the canopy away. Training to free riding: remove the parent handle. The manual and videos walk through each step.
Can my toddler fall asleep in it?
In the Wonder max™, yes. The seat reclines to 140° and the canopy pulls forward. The Wonder™ and Wonder+™ sit upright.
How long does assembly take?
Under ten minutes for most parents. Wheels click on, the handle slides in and locks.

Is the Wonder approved as carry-on luggage?
Yes. Every Wonder™ folds to a single compact piece designed to go in the overhead locker. Check your airline's cabin allowance before you fly, as limits vary by carrier and fare.

Is a stroller-trike as safe as a pram?
The Wonder™ range is tested and certified to stroller safety standards rather than toy standards, with a 5-point harness, a shock-absorbing front wheel and a one-foot rear brake.
What age can they ride free?
When they can pedal and brake on purpose, usually between two and three. Until then, keep a hand on the parent handle.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Free Australia-wide. Melbourne metro 2 to 3 business days from dispatch, most capitals 2 to 5, Perth, Hobart and Darwin 3 to 5, regional 4 to 5.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, for a full refund.
What warranty do I get in Australia?
Two years on every smarTrike sold in Australia, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Claims are handled by our Melbourne team.
