How it works
Four steps, no phone call.
1. Open the portal
Enter your order number and email at the Australia Post returns portal.
2. Get your label
Print it, or use the QR code and Australia Post will print it for you.
3. Pack and drop off
Original carton, all parts and accessories, label attached, any Post Office or parcel locker.
4. Refunded
Once it arrives and has been checked, within 5 business days.
Faulty?
That is a warranty matter, not a return, and it is quicker. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we sort it from there.
